Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor
I have invested in more than one unlisted company or been a Director of a Limited Company with an annual turnover of at least £1 million or worked in private equity in the last two years, alternatively, I have been a member of a business angels’ network for at least the last six months.
Institutional and Advised Investor
I represent a Limited Company or Fund, Asset Management Company, Trust, Bank or any such Authorised and Regulated institution and am researching Boldmere capitals products OR I have had or intend to obtain investment advice from an Authorised and Regulated Financial Adviser, who will ensure that I understand this type of investment and that it is right for me.
Legal OR Professional Advisor
I am the appointed Legal Counsel / Solicitor / Legal Advisor or Accountant / Financial Advisor / Fund Manager to a prospective investor, and I am carrying out Due diligence on Boldmere Capital and its products and services.
High Net Worth Investor
I earn more than £100,000 per year or hold net assets of at least £250,000 (not including my home).
